3. Matters Need Attention In The Maintenance Process

In the maintenance process, please be sure to cut off the power supply of the control box, turn off the air switch above the control box, and start the maintenance work ten minutes later.

During the whole maintenance process, when it comes to the dust cleaning of the electrical parts of the control box, remember one principle: you can not use compressed air with moisture in it to blow.This is the big taboo of electrical parts, if not careful, will damage electrical parts.

After cleaning the dust, please restore the protective cover of the machine. Do not work with the cover open, which is easy to cause the invasion of dust and water, and damage the machine.










4.Matters Need Attention Of Guide Rail Refueling

Must choose the grease specified by our company, (AFB-LF) oil nozzle of the oil gun is customized by our company, about grease oil gun, please order from our company.

Please refuel according to the guidance . Please refuel according to the fuel cycle of the model (29 days for small machine, 35 days for medium machine, 50 days for large machine). Recommended THK special grease: AFB-LF

For the normal use of the machine, please do not use it for a long time in the case of oil shortage, which will lead to the damage of LM guide rail and slider of the robot arm and abnormal sound.

When refueling, it should be noted that if the guide rail has abnormal sound before refueling, and it still does not improve after refueling, it means that the guide rail and slide have problems, please timely repair.

When refueling it is necessary to observe carefully according to the different size of the model. It is found that the other side of the slider has new butter overflow, which means that the refueling amount is enough. Please clean up the oil residue on the guide rail in time. It must be cleaned up in time. The contaminated oil will greatly damage the guide rail and slide because it contains the metal powder after friction and spoiled butter. So it must be cleaned up in time.
